Originally from the US, Jennifer moved her young family to Australia in 2011 to launch the Carnival Cruise Line brand Down Under. Jennifer’s key driving principle is to develop and maintain a compelling and differentiating brand promise rooted in a product truth that is delivered at every touchpoint. This strategy delivered unprecedented growth for Carnival in Australia, with the business growing from zero to one million guests in just seven years in operation. Leveraging digital to provide personalised experiences at each step of the guest journey was a key part of Carnival’s approach to the market.
In 2021, Jennifer left the cruise industry to pursue her true passion – wilderness travel – and joined the NRMA Expeditions team leading the charge on all things commercial and guest experience. Jennifer brings with her over two decades of experience working with global tourism brands such as Club Med, Seabourn Cruises and the Biltmore Hotel in the US, Europe and South America.
