Biography

Jerome has over thirty years of international hospitality technology experience and has held key leadership roles in world-class private and public companies in the hospitality | travel | retail industries. Jerome is currently the Vice President of Technology Service at Accor Pacific region. He is responsible for leading day-to-day execution by ensuring alignment with business direction, implementing strategy aligned for the regional and overseeing Distribution and the delivery of IT services & solutions for all Accor brands.

Prior to joining Accor, he worked at Ampol Australia as a Senior Technology Manager, leading key IT and transformation programmes. Before that, he spent just over a decade in Dubai UAE working within major luxury hospitality groups such as the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as Senior Regional IT Director for Middle East, Africa & India, and the Jumeirah Group as IT Director responsible for overall IT leadership, operations, strategy and the financial health management.

Jerome also holds a Master of Business Technology from New South Wales University.
